Yoga & Meditation
Yoga is an ancient technique for all around health and new well being. This technique have been tested and refined ever those of years and available to anyone willing to learn from us. It is a scientific way and easy way to learn exercises, we provided practical, natural and holistic way to increase health, vitality, strengthen and stretches muscles, stimulates and regulates the hormonal and immune system. It helps to develop a calm, focus mind and balances body, mind and spirit. The skills that make true balance achievable in our busy life.
MEDITATION
Meditation is systematic and scientific way to gently focus mind. The body’s response to meditation is just the opposite of its reaction to stress. Meditation calms the central nervous system as well as our breathing, hearth rate and blood pressure.
The regular practice of meditation broadens the scope of your mind, helping you to develop understanding of yourself and the world around you. People who meditate typically experience a state of deep inner peace and harmony, which in term leads to more intense and lasting feeling of happiness and fulfillment.

YOGA COURSE
Our yoga instructor are specialized in science and trained for that purpose. Yoga exercises are usually conducted in-group, although private instruction also available. You should wear loose, comfortable clothing to the class.
A typical session includes five disciplines:

· Breathing exercise & stretching
· Body posture
· Self massage
· Deep relaxation
